About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise across Government and Commercial accounts, with strong capabilities in sourcing, screening, negotiation, and end-to-end recruitment. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy professional who can operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions across Government and Commercial accounts
- Strategically source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals across multiple skill sets
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, including niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with sales, account managers, and delivery teams to meet urgent hiring needs
- Manage offer negotiations, closures, and candidate coordination
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, hiring guidelines, and documentation standards
- Stay current with US IT staffing trends, market insights, and emerging technologies
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and improving team performance
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in ATS and CRM systems
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
- Strong background in US IT staffing across Government and Commercial accounts
- Proven expertise in advanced sourcing strategies, candidate screening, negotiation, and closures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with US clients and candidates
- Extensive experience with job portals, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
