Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Direct Clients / Implementation Partners
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time requirements
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding activities
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure timely submissions
- Work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill requirements quickly
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Staffing
- Good understanding of IT technologies and tax terms
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
