We are looking for a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of seamless, high-impact digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle—from high-level strategic research to the fine-tuned execution of interactive prototypes. As a senior member of the team, you will champion user-centricity, leverage emerging AI technologies, and help scale our design system.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Design: Design intuitive, end-to-end user interfaces for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring a balance between aesthetic beauty and functional clarity.
- Motion & Interaction: Create high-fidelity prototypes and web animations using tools like After Effects, Framer, or ProtoPie to communicate complex interactions to stakeholders and developers.
- AI Integration: Proactively integrate AI-driven design tools into the workflow for asset generation, rapid prototyping, and workflow automation.
- UX Leadership: Lead user research initiatives, conduct competitor audits, and perform usability testing to transform raw data into actionable design insights.
- Information Architecture: Develop comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps that prioritize user intent and business KPIs.
- Design System Management: Oversee and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all product touchpoints.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Product and Engineering, ensuring designs are technically feasible and aligned with the product roadmap.
- Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback during design reviews and help elevate the craft of the wider design team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Portfolio: A diverse portfolio demonstrating senior-level mastery of visual design, UX logic, and successful product launches.
- Tooling: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including advanced components, variables, and auto-layout), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Responsive & Accessible Design: Deep understanding of grid systems, mobile-first design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Tech Literacy: A solid grasp of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities (you don’t need to code, but you must know how to design for the browser).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills—you should be able to "sell" your design logic to non-design stakeholders.
- Agility: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or an equivalent practical background.
- Certifications: Advanced certifications in UX Research or Interaction Design are a plus.
