Sr. UI/UX Designer
- 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience on software products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving for complex systems.
- Proven ability to design for multi-step workflows, data-dense interfaces, or enterprise tools.
- Excellent visual design skills paired with strong UX fundamentals.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma/XD
- Experience with prototyping and interaction tools (e.g., XD/Figma prototypes, Framer, Principle)
- Experience using analytics, usability testing, or research tools to inform design decisions
- Strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Translate abstract or highly technical requirements into clear, usable interfaces
- Lead UX thinking across discovery, ideation, prototyping, and final design
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that scale
- Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineers to shape solutions early
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product
