We're looking for
Sr. Testing Engineers!
Qualifications
- Prepare test estimates, testing schedules, and execution plans to support project delivery timelines
- Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude while contributing effectively as a team member in a dynamic work environment
- Develop test strategies and test plans with a strong focus on manual testing within Re-Insurance and insurance domain applications
- Ensure adherence to defined QA processes, testing standards, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle
- Plan, execute, and manage testing activities while identifying, tracking, and reporting defects in coordination with stakeholders and support teams
- Generate and maintain test results, defect reports, test logs, and testing evidence using Azure DevOps
- Apply domain knowledge in Medical, Life, and Motor Insurance to validate business workflows and application functionality
- Utilize Azure DevOps testing tools for test management, defect tracking, and reporting activities
- Design and execute test cases for customer data sharing, consent management, and third-party integrations such as UAE PASS
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application quality and system stability
- Collaborate with development, business, and support teams to resolve issues within defined timelines
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and support automation testing activities where applicable
- Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks will be considered an added advantage
