Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Sr. Territory Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sr. Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in their assigned region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing the performance of distribution partners. The role also includes developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the seamless promotion and distribution of Triage Meditech’s product range. Regular reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and achieving targets and KPIs will also be central to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in market analysis, territory management, and competitive intelligence.
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with goal-oriented execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and with effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or other relevant fields is required. MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in advanced wound care or medical technology products is highly desirable.
