Job Description:
We are hiring Sr. Technical Support Engineers with strong hardware troubleshooting expertise for our Technical Support Process in Pune.
Skills Required:
- Strong Computer Hardware Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops & Servers
- Good understanding of hardware terminology
- Good communication skills (Read, Write & Understand English)
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Audit tech support activities related to hardware warranty parts dispatch
- Provide L2 Support for case log audits via Email & Chat
- Review and process web-based dispatch orders as per guidelines
- Validate troubleshooting notes and parts requested
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Willingness to provide online support
Other Requirements:
- Flexible to work on Indian holidays
- Strong schedule adherence
- Flexible for rotational shifts (any day/time window)
- Interested in long-term career growth
Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech / Graduation (Relevant Discipline)
