Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Technical Sales Engineer based in Mumbai. The individual will oversee technical sales processes, provide technical support to clients, and contribute to sales engineering efforts. Typical responsibilities include consulting with customers to understand their requirements, preparing customized technical solutions, ensuring smooth product implementation, and fostering long-term client relationships to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support to address customer queries effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to drive client relationships and collaboration
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing leads
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the metals or manufacturing industry is a plus
