Sr. Technical Sales Engineer - Mumbai & Kolkata
Most technical sales roles put you in a difficult spot. You're engineer enough to know the customer's real problem, but commercial enough to be measured on a number that doesn't always reward solving it properly. So you learn to sell the spec sheet. Quote the price. Move on. And the part of the job that actually drew you in, the technical problem-solving, gets squeezed out of the conversation.

Our 2,500+ customers across jewellery and manufacturing don't come to us for a better price on an alloy. They come to us to solve a casting defect, reduce metal loss and rejection rates or qualify a new plating chemistry.

We're hiring a Sr. Technical Sales Engineer to own that conversation across Mumbai and Kolkata.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales funnel and key accounts
- Create sales strategies and plans grounded in technical fit, not just volume targets
- Diagnose customer problems before prescribing products, value-based selling, end to end
- Deliver on targets with structured pipeline discipline
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical depth into commercial clarity
- Product and market approach strategies you've built and executed
- Value-based selling instincts and genuine problem-solving ability
- Target-driven mindset with the patience that consultative selling actually requires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in technical or mechanical sales
- Global MNC exposure preferred
