Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Executive to lead installation, maintenance, and servicing of advanced medical equipment. The role involves handling complex technical issues, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring high service standards across client locations such as hospitals and diagnostic centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation, configuration, and commissioning of high-end medical equipment
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of critical devices
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Handle escalated technical issues and ensure quick resolution
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support, spare parts, and upgrades
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians and service engineers
- Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to biomedical safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct product training sessions for hospital staff and internal teams
- Manage AMC/CMC contracts and ensure SLA adherence
- Support audits, equipment validation, and calibration processes
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in medical equipment such as ventilators, patient monitors, imaging systems, or diagnostic devices
- Advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
- Knowledge of biomedical standards and safety regulations
- Ability to read circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Experience with reputed medical equipment companies or hospital engineering departments
