Job Responsibilities :
To provide proximate security to all Key subjects /family membersand V.I.P#s. Proximate security will include protection provided from close quarters, journey on foot, road, rail, aircraft, watercraft or any other means of transport & also include places of functions, engagements, residence, offices etc. To comprise ring round teams, isolation cordons, the sterile zone, surveillance and access control to all members of family and V.I.P#s.
Implementation of effective protection & security management system
Full body coverage to subjects while on move and outside residence/office
Ensure round the clock coverage of the subjects by trained security professionals. Plan, direct, and ensure implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of subjects under his responsibility
Check and conduct Anti sabotage check of subject#s vehicle before the visit / movement
Vulnerability & Assessment study of area. Ensure result oriented efficient inputs from Law and Order enforcement agencies, possible threats, Intelligence gathering, Competitors, Political Influence, National Issues, Threat recognition and assessment.
Contingency & crisis operating procedure/practices Effective protection & security management
Scientific, Executive advance escort protection. Advanced counter actions (team formations & vehicle movements). Review of Site surveys, security advances & route reconnaissance. Safe evacuation of subjects
Conduct survey; analyze risk assessments to give clear overall pictures of any given location/place of travel.
Implementation of guidelines and procedures Ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
Ensure team formation, walkabout and car Cade drill. Implementation of special security measure on requirement basis. Ensure proper communication drill during routine situation and emergency. Ensure team rotation/team deployment. Training and assessment for team member.
Strengthen internal processes and use of technology. Use of latest security gadgets like vehicle tracking system etc
Education Requirement :
Necessary :
- Graduate - Any disciple
- VIP Protection Courses - RGSS/ SPG/ NSG / Defence Services.
Desirable :
- Commando course
- Post Graduate - Any disciple
- LLB/LLMor knowledge of Land of law-Criminal, IR and labour law
Experience Requirement :
Necessary :
- 05 Yrs experience in RGSS with minimum 2 yrs of EPG / A1 - Special Group # Personal Protection.
Desirable :
- 05 to 10 Yrs experience in services -SPG / NSG / Armed Forces & Para Military Forces - Special Group
Skills & Competencies :
- Exceptional sense of perception of threats to subject.
- Vigilant steadfast mind set to presume upcoming threats during VIP Visit / Personal Protection of VVIPs.
- Site surveys, security advances & route reconnaissance along with Team leader.
- Close protection to subject while on move by foot in different place of functions.
- Crowd management and effective protection in public functions and gathering.
- Acceptability within the group and amongst the subjects.
- Law and statuary compliance and weapon usage.
- Excellent shooting capability
- Excellent physical fitness and alacrity
