Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Supervisor at BENGAL PEERLESS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LTD, located in Kolkata. The Sr. Supervisor will oversee day-to-day project operations, manage teams, and ensure construction activities meet quality standards and deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections, and preparing project progress reports. The Sr. Supervisor will act as a key liaison between management, contractors, and workers to resolve any site-related challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
