We are looking for a Senior Strapi Developer who drives the development of enterprise-scale headless CMS solutions. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities � Design and develop scalable APIs using Strapi Architect backend systems and define content models Customize and extend Strapi plugins and core features Implement secure authentication and role-based access control Integrate enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SSO, third-party APIs) Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX/UI) Required Skills & Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Strapi and Node.js Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB Apply authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) Use cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Follow security best practices (OWASP standards) Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
