We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Stibo STEP Developer with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Stibo STEP Platform, integrations, and enterprise platform operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on global enterprise initiatives while collaborating with teams across India, Spain, and Germany.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
✨ Work on MDM Architecture, STEP Server Environment, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) related activities
✨ Develop and enhance cross-reference data Web-UI for CRUD operations and request processes
✨ Perform data modeling and support master-data platform requirements
✨ Drive best practices, governance standards, and technical excellence across the platform team
✨ Define and implement standards for:
✔ Workbench
✔ GitHub
✔ Business Rules
✔ Interfacing
✨ Support critical platform activities including:
✔ Release Upgrades
✔ SaaS Transition
✔ User & Access Rights Management
✨ Provide hands-on support for daily platform operations and production support within Stibo STEP
✨ Work extensively with:
✔ STEP APIs
✔ REST / SOAP / GraphQL Services
✔ Extension API
✔ Messaging / JMS
✔ StepXML
✔ File Transfer
✨ Support testing activities and collaborate across platform teams for smooth delivery
✨ Work closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in India, Spain, and Germany
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise:
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Stibo STEP Development & MDM Architecture
✅ Expertise in STEP Server Environment & Enterprise Integrations
✅ Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, GraphQL, JMS, and StepXML
✅ Strong understanding of data modeling and governance
✅ Experience in release upgrades and SaaS transition projects
✅ Knowledge of GitHub, business rules, and enterprise interfacing standards
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills (Mandatory)
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced global enterprise environment
