Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Stibo STEP / MDM Platform Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Stibo STEP platform, integrations, data modeling, and platform operations. This role requires someone who can work closely with the platform team to support daily operations, integrations, Web-UI development, release upgrades, SaaS transition, and ensure best practices across the platform landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on MDM Architecture, STEP Server Environment, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) related activities
- Help in the creation and enhancement of cross-reference data Web-UI for CRUD operations and request processes
- Perform data modeling and support master data related platform requirements
- Introduce and drive best practices, standards, and governance across the platform team
- Define and support technical standards for:
- Workbench
- GitHub
- Business Rules
- Interfacing
- Support the organization during critical platform operations such as:
- Release upgrades
- SaaS transition
- User and access rights management
- Provide hands-on support to the platform team for daily support and operational activities in Stibo STEP
- Work on integration and technical services including:
- STEP APIs
- REST / SOAP / GraphQL services
- Extension API
- Messaging / JMS
- StepXML
- File Transfer
- Support testing, issue resolution, and other shared platform tasks
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in MDM / Stibo STEP Platform
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) Architecture
- Hands-on experience in STEP Server Environment
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and platform integrations
- Good experience in data modeling and master data structures
- Exposure to Web-UI / CRUD application support or development
- Hands-on experience with STEP APIs
- Experience working with:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Services
- GraphQL
- Extension API
- Messaging / JMS
- StepXML
- File Transfer
- Experience in release upgrades, SaaS transitions, and user rights / access management
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and support mindset
