Job Title: Senior Engineer – IBM Sterling OMS (Offshore)
Location: Offshore (Remote)India
Experience: 5–10 Years
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS, specifically in Sterling Call Center, Store, and OrderHub modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting order management solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
- Work extensively on Sterling Call Center, Store, and OrderHub modules
- Customize and configure Sterling OMS based on business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and technical teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure best practices in development, performance optimization, and security
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Sterling Call Center
- Sterling Store
- Sterling OrderHub
- Good programming knowledge in Java
- Experience with Angular
- Working knowledge of IBM MQ
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail or eCommerce domain
- Exposure to system integrations and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
