Job Title: Sr. STEM Engineer/Sr.Robotics trainer

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. STEM Engineer to join our team and lead STEM education initiatives across partner schools in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
•Mentor and inspire students in partner schools through interactive STEM and robotics sessions.
•Guide and support STEM Engineers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
•Oversee the planning and execution of STEM programs and hands-on activities.
•Monitor classroom performance and ensure achievement of learning objectives.
•Coordinate with school authorities and internal teams for smooth operations.
•Train, motivate, and evaluate STEM Engineers to maintain teaching excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Education, or a related field.
- Those people who can join immediately.
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in STEM education, robotics, teaching, or team leadership.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Passion for educating and inspiring young minds.
