Primary Purpose
We are hiring a
Solution Specialist – Clinical Systems & EDC Services with 5–10 years of experience to support client-facing solution activities, product demonstrations, sandbox environments, and enablement initiatives across clinical technology platforms.
This role will serve as a key bridge between Product, Sales, Clinical Operations, Delivery, and Technology teams to showcase platform capabilities, support customer engagements, and maintain high-quality demo and sandbox environments for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with clinical systems, EDC platforms, and SaaS-based healthcare applications, combined with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution consulting, or enablement programs within clinical research or healthcare technology environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver engaging client demonstrations for clinical systems and EDC service offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams during customer discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.
- Understand sponsor and client requirements and tailor demo workflows and use cases accordingly.
- Maintain and manage sandbox/demo environments to ensure stability, accuracy, and alignment with latest platform capabilities.
- Configure and update demo studies, sample datasets, workflows, and reusable assets for client demonstrations and internal enablement.
- Support solution walkthroughs related to clinical trial workflows including study setup, subject management, data collection, query management, reporting, and integrations.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Clinical SMEs to troubleshoot demo issues and support platform readiness.
- Develop enablement materials including demo guides, FAQs, training content, and internal knowledge documentation.
- Conduct internal training and enablement sessions for Sales, Client Success, and Delivery teams.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and assist with preparation of solution documentation and customer presentations.
- Ensure demo and sandbox activities align with regulatory and compliance expectations including GCP, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11 where applicable.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams to support continuous platform improvement.
- Support webinars, conferences, marketing events, and customer showcases as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of demo strategies, enablement processes, and customer engagement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in clinical systems, EDC platforms, clinical technology, or healthcare SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows and clinical data management processes.
- Experience with one or more clinical platforms such as Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault, Oracle Clinical, REDCap, or similar systems.
- Ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Clinical SMEs, QA teams, and customer-facing stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting client demos, pre-sales solutioning, or customer enablement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira workflows, and product release cycles.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience supporting SaaS-based clinical or healthcare technology platforms.
- Exposure to EDC, RTSM, eCOA/ePRO, CTMS, Safety Systems, or Clinical Data Integration solutions.
- Knowledge of GCP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory expectations for clinical systems.
- Experience creating training content and enablement documentation.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled clinical technologies or workflow automation tools is a plus.
- Understanding of CDISC standards and clinical reporting processes is advantageous.
