Broad outline of the Role
The role is responsible for providing end-to-end solutioning support by understanding customer requirements and translating them into effective technical and most viable solutions. The position requires the ability to independently handle complex solution designs, support strategic sales initiatives, and contribute to service and product enhancements. The role involves creating prototype models, leading critical solution engagements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes. The role demands in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, processes, and industry standards, along with flexibility in adapting or improving existing methods to meet evolving customer and business needs around UCC product services like SIP trunking, Webex Calling, MS Teams DR/OC and other services.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent 8-12 Years relevant experience
Other Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to understand business goals and map to technical requirements.
- Exposure towards working in the RFP cases.
- Knowledge of creating HLD and LLD
- Good understanding of use cases and able to create solutions relating to the use cases.
- Proficient with MS Office tools Word, Excel, Access, Power point, Visio
- Understanding of technology and services related to the domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide solutioning and technical presales support to sales teams across assigned regions or functions
- Support bid and proposal teams by preparing responses to the technical components of RFPs/RFQs
- Understand pricing mechanisms and assist sales teams with building technical and commercial inputs
- Prepare technical sales artifacts including solution proposals, quotations, timelines, and collateral
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to design and enhance service offerings
- Create and maintain use cases, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and solution documentation
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) and product demonstrations based on customer requirements
- Lead or participate in critical customer engagements requiring advanced solution design expertise
- Conduct periodic sessions with technology partners to understand new product features, enhancements, and roadmap alignment
