Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & Java)
Experience: 4–6 Years
Role Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in
Python and Java, who can independently design, develop, and deliver features for a
stack-based product. The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer with excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and owning features end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality full stack features independently for product-based applications
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Java
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components (React/Angular or equivalent)
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, architects, QA, and other stakeholders
- Participate in requirement discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and system architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java
- Solid understanding of full stack architecture, REST APIs, and microservices
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
- Experience working on product-based / stack products
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Prior experience owning features from design to production
