Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .Net, Angular, and Azure Functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring high quality and best practices are maintained.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance team knowledge and improve solutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape the technical direction of projects.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance their skills.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .Net framework.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and building front-end applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Functions and the Azure ecosystem.
- Experience working in the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
