Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Contribute to frontend components as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of software development experience
- Strong backend development experience
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
- Experience with one or more backend technologies such as Python (Django), Go, or Java
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Good to Have
- Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular or similar)
- Experience working in high-scale, distributed systems
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Education
- B.Tech/M.Tech from Tier-1 institutes (IIT / NIT / BITS only)
