Job Title: Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Tech Stack: .NET (C# Web API), React / React Native, Kotlin, PostgreSQL
Experience: 8+ years (2+ years in lead role preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of scalable backend and full-stack solutions
• Design end-to-end architecture across web and mobile
• Develop frontend (React/React Native/Kotlin) and optimize PostgreSQL
• Ensure clean code, testing, performance, and security
• Mentor team members and manage technical decisions
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong experience in C# .NET Web API and REST APIs
• Hands-on with React / React Native / Kotlin
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and system design
• Experience with unit/integration testing
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices
