About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) platform team, where you will build cutting-edge systems that enable human-AI collaboration in high-stakes, regulated environments.
In this role, you will design and develop dynamic, schema-driven interfaces that allow enterprise users to review AI decisions, provide feedback, and maintain control over automated workflows. You will work on real-time, AI-native systems that bring transparency and control to intelligent agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement schema-driven UI systems that dynamically render based on task context
- Build Editable Reasoning interfaces where users can inspect and override AI/agent decisions
- Develop real-time streaming UI experiences displaying agent reasoning without lag or flicker
- Implement interrupt-and-resume backend workflows to pause agents and incorporate human feedback
- Create state visualization systems for workflows (e.g., Suspended, Active, Completed)
- Develop bulk action interfaces with strong audit and state tracking capabilities
- Build context handoff mechanisms between AI agents and human users
- Design component registries mapping schema types to UI components dynamically
- Own features end-to-end – from API design to frontend implementation
- Drive AI-native development practices for faster iteration and smarter UI systems
Required Skills & Expertise
Frontend
- Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
- Experience building dynamic, schema-driven or configuration-driven UI systems
- Expertise in real-time UI / streaming interfaces
- Strong focus on UX, performance, and responsiveness
Backend
- Solid backend development experience in Go or Python
- Experience designing scalable APIs and workflow-driven systems
- Strong understanding of state management and multi-step processes
Core Competencies (Must Have 2–3)
- Schema-driven or configuration-driven UI architecture
- Real-time / streaming interfaces
- Complex workflow visualization systems
- State management for multi-step workflows
- Human-in-the-loop (HITL) interaction patterns
- Integration with workflow orchestration engines

- 4+ years of experience building production-grade web applications
- Strong expertise in AI-native development (mandatory)
- Experience building data-intensive enterprise applications
- Ability to design systems for human-AI collaboration workflows

Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML-driven applications or agent-based systems
- Exposure to event-driven or distributed systems
- Experience in regulated domains (FinTech, HealthTech, etc.)
