Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud and Agentforce will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, customized AI agents and web portals. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our department.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Industries Cloud solutions, particularly in the Healthcare and Insurance domains.
- Configure and customize Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog, including products, coverages, and eligibility rules.
- Implement Salesforce Industries CPQ (Vlocity Rate/Quote/Apply) and leverage the Business Rules Engine.
- Utilize Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder to create and configure AI agents, and set up AI workflows for autonomous agent execution.
- Connect AI agents to the Data Cloud and ensure seamless integration.
- Develop web portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud, with a focus on responsive UI and branding.
- Integrate external systems with Salesforce using APIs, and build flows and lightning web components.
- Manage Salesforce deployments and DevOps processes, with a preference for Gearset or Copado.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), preferably in Healthcare or Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog setup and configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries CPQ and Business Rules Engine is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Agentforce solutions, including Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder.
- Expertise in CSS, HTML, and UI/UX design for web portals.
- Hands-on experience with Force.com platform (Apex, SOQL, Unit Testing, etc.) and Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Ability to integrate external systems with Salesforce using APIs.
- Knowledge of building flows and lightning web components.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments and DevOps, with Gearset or Copado knowledge being an asset.
- One or more Salesforce Industries/Vlocity certifications, and one or more Salesforce development certifications (e.g., Platform Developer).
