Job Summary
Yogesh Enterprises is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to approved plans, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site safety standards and quality control.
- Plan and manage construction materials and manpower.
- Track project timelines and report progress to management.
- Maintain site documentation and project reports.
- Verify measurements and contractor billing.
Required Skills -
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality procedures.
Qualifications -
- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Technical Skills -
· Knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing review and coordination.
· Experience with ERP software for construction / project management.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
· Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and contractor billing.
· Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and quantity verification.
· Familiarity with project planning and site documentation systems.
Preferred -
- Experience in real estate or residential / commercial construction projects.
- Candidates from Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad preferred.
