Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Site Engineer located in Jhajjar/Aligarh . The Sr. Site Engineer will oversee the execution of construction and fabrication projects, ensuring quality control, safety, and timely completion. Responsibilities include managing project sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting structural analysis, and reporting project updates. The role requires effective communication and adherence to client requirements, as well as compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site project management, with a focus on coordinating all aspects of construction activities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders, report progress, and collaborate with team members.
- Experience in quality control processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and delivery of high-quality results.
- Expertise in structural engineering and hands-on knowledge of civil engineering practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers and site staff.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety requirements for construction projects.
- Experience in industrial construction and steel structure fabrication is highly desirable.
