Role Description
The Sr. Simulation Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing simulation models for various industrial processes, analyzing operational performance to identify areas for improvement, and employing advanced simulation software to solve engineering challenges. The Sr. Simulation Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance plant efficiency, safety, and productivity through data-driven solutions and engineering expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Simulation Software and developing industrial Simulations. OTS experience is well accepted.
- Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Fluid Mechanics principles.
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and communicate technical findings clearly.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in process industries (e.g., refineries, gas processing, or petrochemicals) is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with digitalization concepts and tools such as digital twins, machine learning, and AI is a plus.
