Role Overview
We're hiring a Sr. ServiceNow HRSD Dashboard, Reporting & Insights Specialist with 8-11 years of experience to drive business intelligence and people analytics in the HCM domain. You'll leverage ServiceNow HRSD to create powerful dashboards, reports, and insights that inform strategic HR decisions and transform workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced ServiceNow HRSD reporting, dashboards, and visualizations for HR analytics.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of HR data structures, workforce metrics, and HCM best practices.
- Apply expertise in Excel, advanced analytics tools, and data storytelling to deliver actionable insights.
- Leverage ServiceNow Community resources, industry best practices, and emerging trends to optimize solutions.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, influence change, and collaborate cross-functionally to align insights with business goals.
- Conduct analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline (Engineering, IT, or related fields preferred).
- Mandatory: 8 - 11 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform analytics, including HRSD reporting and dashboards.
- Mandatory: Proven stakeholder management experience with strong influence and change management skills.
- Mandatory: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD modules (Reporting, Performance Analytics, Dashboards).
- Expertise in HR data structures, workforce metrics (e.g., attrition, diversity, engagement), and people analytics.
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query), analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Community, best practices, and integrations (e.g., with HR systems like Workday or SAP).
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
