Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Case Management, Customer Portal, Agent Workspace, and Proactive Customer Service implementations.
Experience Required
- 5–7 years of overall ServiceNow development experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM projects
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and integrations
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions
- Implement and enhance:
- Case Management
- Customer Portal
- Agent Workspace
- Proactive Customer Service
- Communities / Knowledge for Customers
- Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Subflows
- Develop advanced Service Portal / Employee Center widgets and UI components
- Build integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- LDAP / SSO / SAML
- IntegrationHub / MID Server
- Perform performance optimization, debugging, and code review
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release cycles
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance

- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Proactive Customer Service
- Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) integration
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and dashboards
- Experience with Predictive Intelligence / AI features
- DevOps / CI-CD exposure for ServiceNow deployments
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA (mandatory)
- CAD preferred
- CIS-CSM preferred
- ITIL Foundation preferred
