JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Service of GC and NMF analyzers (instruments)
2. Trials and demonstrations
3. Installation and commissioning
4. Exhibition participation
5. Customer support and training
6. Preventive maintenance and breakdown support
7. AMC, consumables, spares, and PM sales
8. ERP entries for daily routine work
Key Skills required:
1. Knowledge of GC systems and detectors
2. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
3. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
4. Willingness to travel for site visits.
5. Root cause analysis of service complaints
Non-Technical Skills required:
1. Good Communication Skill
2. Customer Handling
3. Ready for extensive travelling (In case of new project comes -Across India)
Job Title: Sr. Service Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualifications: Diploma/BE/B. Tech: Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation.
Experience: 3 – 9 Years (Relevant experience in Gas Chromatography, service, or technical roles in analytical instruments)
Territory: Pan India
