We are seeking a Senior SEO Marketer to lead our organic growth strategy and scale search-driven
revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO strategy, technical optimization, and
content marketing for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands or e-commerce businesses. This is a senior,
results-focused role that requires hands-on execution, leadership, and strategic vision.
You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, improving SERP visibility, and optimizing the
customer journey from search to conversion. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with
content, product, paid marketing, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
● Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to meet traffic, conversion, and revenue
targets
● Lead SEO roadmap planning, aligning with brand objectives and seasonal sales cycles
● Conduct market, competitor, and SERP landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities
Technical SEO
● Oversee technical site audits, identify crawl/indexation issues, and work with dev teams to
implement fixes
● Optimize site architecture, URL structures, schema markup, and page speed performance
● Ensure mobile-first indexing, Core Web Vitals optimization, and structured data compliance
Content & On-Page SEO
● Develop keyword strategies targeting both transactional and informational search intent
● Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-optimized landing pages, blogs, and product
descriptions
● Lead content gap analysis and keyword cannibalization audits
E-Commerce SEO
● Optimize product listings, category pages, and internal linking for e-commerce performance
● Implement scalable SEO tactics for large product catalogs
● Integrate SEO best practices with merchandising, CRO, and paid marketing initiatives
Performance & Reporting
● Track rankings, organic traffic, and revenue from SEO efforts using analytics and SEO tools
● Create monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable insights
● A/B test meta titles, descriptions, and on-page elements to improve CTR
Qualifications & Skills
● 5 - 7 years of experience in SEO with at least 3 years in D2C or e-commerce businesses
● Proven track record of improving organic traffic and revenue for high-growth brands
● Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
● Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush,
Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Botify
● Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
● Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ability to work with developers on technical fixes
● Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) principles
● Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
● Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
● Experience in international SEO and multi-language/multi-region sites
● Exposure to headless commerce platforms or PWA implementations
● Knowledge of content marketing strategies aligned with brand storytelling
