We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive who is highly skilled in SEO, Social Media Optimisation (SMO), and Paid Marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning and executing data-driven strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 for candidates with 2+ years of experience
Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Expertise in On-Page SEO and Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive website audits (technical, on-page, off-page)
- Perform keyword research, analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Implement SEO-related changes on the website (meta tags, schema, internal linking, content optimisation, etc.)
- Optimize website structure, URL structure, and site architecture
- Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance
- Handle multilingual websites and international SEO
- Optimize eCommerce websites for product ranking and conversions
- Develop and implement AI-driven SEO strategies
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and AI search trends
Social Media Optimisation (SMO) & Paid Marketing
- Expert in social media optimisation across all major platforms
- Plan and execute social media paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Create growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Optimize social media pages and profiles
- Analyse ad performance and optimize for better ROI
- Implement AI-based tools for content planning and social media growth
Strategy & Reporting
- Prepare result-oriented SEO and SMO strategies
- Generate detailed performance reports (weekly/monthly)
- Track KPIs such as rankings, traffic, conversions, leads, engagement, and ROI
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance
- Develop actionable insights based on analytics data
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams
- Plan and execute content marketing strategies
- Manage backlink acquisition and authority-building strategies
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and paid marketing platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools for SEO and digital marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
