- Create practical approaches to practice, assessment, reinforcement and proficiency that help skills transfer into the field.
- Use performance insights, field feedback and seller proficiency signals to identify capability needs and shape targeted development when execution is breaking down.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across Revenue Enablement to connect seller development to business priorities, field needs and ongoing reinforcement.
- Use proficiency, adoption and relevant performance signals to continuously improve seller enablement.
- Apply AI-enabled practice and coaching where they strengthen feedback, confidence or scale.

- Demonstrated experience building seller capability or sales methodology programs in complex B2B environments.
