Job Role: Senior SCM Planning Consultant (Blue Yonder/Kinaxis)
Work Mode: 100% Remote

Budget: Upto 1.8L per month
Shift time: 3:30PM to 12:30AM IST

Required Skills:
- 10+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations using Blue Yonder / Kinaxis / JDA Software / John Galt Atlas with 3+ full lifecycle implementations
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning, S&OP/IBP with workflow design, configuration & gap analysis
- Advanced SQL + Data Engineering: complex queries, data modeling (demand, inventory, supply), ETL/ELT pipelines, data validation & quality frameworks
- Experience integrating planning tools with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, BigQuery)
- Hands-on with analytics & forecasting: Power BI/Tableau dashboards + statistical/ML models (ARIMA, demand sensing, etc.)
- Strong solution architecture & delivery ownership: system design, data flows, documentation, workshops, and end-to-end program execution
- Excellent stakeholder management & leadership: client interaction, translating business needs, mentoring teams; domain exposure in FMCG/Retail/CPG preferred
