The Mission: We have identified the root causes of our recent MRP failure. We now need a high-caliber lead to validate these findings and drive the corrective implementation. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Supply Chain Director.
Key Responsibilities
Validation & Execution: Review existing diagnostic findings and lead the implementation of fixes for MRP, Process Orders, Inventory, and Purchasing.
Executive Presence: Prepare and present project milestones and recovery status to the Supply Chain Director.
Integration: Ensure smooth data flow across interconnected SAP modules within a standard (low-customization) environment.
On-Site Leadership: Direct activities at HiTech City and oversee shop-floor alignment in Siddipet.
Required Expertise
SAP ECC Expert: 13+ years with deep functional knowledge of MRP logic and CPG supply chain flows.
Proven Lead: Experience taking projects from "failed" to "stable."
Communicator: Elite presentation skills; ability to translate technical SAP fixes into business results.
Local: Must be based in Hyderabad and willing to travel to Siddipet as required.
