🚀 We’re Hiring — SAP HANA DBA Architect
🔥 5 Positions Available
📍 India — 1 Position (Remote) ( Should be located from Bangalore )
🏗️ Role Overview
This is not a typical DBA role. We are looking for senior-level professionals who can take end-to-end ownership of SAP HANA database architecture, from design to disaster recovery, in a high-scale enterprise environment.
🏗️ Key Responsibilities
✦ Architect and manage SAP HANA environments for performance, scalability, and high availability
✦ Design and lead backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies
✦ Execute and oversee system copies, refreshes, and cross-landscape migrations
✦ Collaborate with global teams across Azure / AWS / GCP environments
✦ Ensure security hardening, automation, and detailed documentation
✦ Optimize database performance and ensure system stability
🎯 Required Skills
✔️ 10+ years of experience as DBA / Database Architect
✔️ Strong hands-on expertise in SAP HANA
✔️ Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
✔️ Strong Linux administration skills (mandatory)
✔️ Experience working with large-scale SAP landscapes
➕ Preferred Skills
➕ Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)
➕ Experience in enterprise-scale SAP environments
➕ Certifications in database technologies or cloud platforms
➕ Strong understanding of HA/DR architecture
