Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sr SAP Employee Central Payroll Consultant, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The consultant will lead implementation projects of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions. Core responsibilities include system configuration, process optimization, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and delivering end-to-end support. Collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement best practices in payroll and HR processes is a critical aspect of this role. Strong problem-solving, consulting, and mentoring abilities are key to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP HR and SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions, including system configuration and customization
- Professional must have experince end to end implmentation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Proficient in Consulting and Business Process optimization to meet client-specific payroll and HR needs
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Human Capital Management with strong understanding of related processes
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex payroll and HR challenges
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications in SAP solutions are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
