EVERSANA is seeking a
Sr. Salesforce Developer — AI-Augmented to join our AI Hub initiative. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Salesforce Health Cloud features using AI-first development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship Health Cloud features using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
- Maintain integrations via REST APIs and Platform Events.
- Utilize AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as primary development aids.
- Integrate COE-built agents into Salesforce workflows.
- Validate all AI-generated code against strict quality and HIPAA/PHI standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or industry clouds.
- Strong understanding of AI prompt engineering and critical code review.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, compressed-timeline environment.
