Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include conducting training sessions for sales team development, actively contributing to achieving sales targets, and collaborating with different departments to align business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct and deliver Sales Training sessions
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in event or corporate industry sales is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
