Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Senior Sales and Sales Executives, located at our Banjara Hills location. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, collaborating with the design and delivery teams, and providing a high-standard customer experience to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including client prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to develop tailored sales strategies and adapt to dynamic client needs
- Familiarity with furniture or home décor industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in maintaining organized records and data management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with cross-functional teams
- High levels of self-motivation, goal orientation, and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
