ITEM Secure Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its leadership sales team. We’re looking for an experienced, high-ownership professional to lead our Delhi territory.
This is a frontline leadership role, ideal for someone who can build business, manage teams, and drive growth in a fast-evolving construction market.
Role Overview
-Location: Delhi (On-site, field role)
-Experience: 5–6 years (relevant industry)
-Education: B.E. Civil / B.Arch / Graduate / Postgraduate
-Compensation: ₹6–7.2 LPA + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers, PMCs, and Homeowners
- Lead and drive the local sales & service team (planning, execution, daily field operations)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from specification to installation
- Strengthen and expand existing client relationships through structured engagement
- Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies, where required
- Develop territory strategy and contribute to national sales planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–6 years of experience in construction-related sales (building materials, waterproofing, MEP, pest control, real estate, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead and manage field teams
- Strong existing network with architects, builders, or PMCs in Delhi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable with field work
- Strong discipline in reporting, CRM usage, and follow-ups
