Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive. The individual will develop and execute market strategies to drive revenue growth, perform in-depth market research to identify opportunities, and create effective marketing campaigns. Responsibilities also include managing sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives.
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Proficient Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities in a competitive business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
