What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities
Builder & Developer Acquisition
• Identify and onboard builders and developers across open market residential projects in key growth corridors of Bangalore.
• Develop strong relationships with Builders, Developers, Landowners, and Sales Heads to generate new business opportunities.
• Present the company’s sales, marketing, and channel management capabilities to secure project tie-ups and inventory access.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, commercial terms, brokerage structures, and inventory allocations in line with business objectives.
Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned builder and developer partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and multiple project associations. • Coordinate regularly with developers to understand project timelines, inventory movement, pricing strategies, and sales expectations
