Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager who can lead from the front, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling e - learning certification based courses and managing teams in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for certification programs
- Drive revenue growth for courses such as Scrum, PMP and other globally recognized certifications
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
- Optimize sales funnels, conversions, and lead management processes
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with strong team management exposure
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in selling e-learning / certification courses (Scrum,PMP, Agile, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US & Canada shift timings
- Data-driven mindset with basic experience in CRM tools
