Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Bihar. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting key market segments, developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for business development.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for piping product lines (PVC, UPVC, SWR, WATER TANKS, PTMT, Quartz Sink) to increase market share and meet annual targets.
· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team, including Area Managers and Sales staff.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and project managers.
· Market Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities to forecast sales and develop promotional strategies.
· Budgeting & Operations: Create annual budgets, monitor sales volume, manage expenses, and oversee operational efficiencies to ensure profitability.
· Key Account Handling: Negotiate large-scale contracts with customers and manage high-value projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: 10-20 years in sales within the piping, plumbing, or building materials industry.
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree with MBA or Post Graduate in Business Administration(Marketing).
· Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of piping systems, fabrication, and related regulatory standards (e.g., ISO).
