Key Responsibilities:
* Drive direct sales initiatives to acquire new customers and achieve significant revenue growth.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored AV solutions.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities and high-value prospects.
* Deliver impactful product presentations and customized demonstrations.
* Ensure timely payment collections through consistent follow-ups.
* Manage sales operations across Maharashtra with regular travel requirements.
* Track, analyze, and optimize sales funnel performance to guide strategic decisions.
* Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
* Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.
Candidate Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in Audio Visual (AV), Integration, or Design Sales Management.
* Proven track record in handling regional or multi-state sales.
* Strong understanding of solution selling, sales strategy, and customer relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Hands-on experience in executing AV projects.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-driven with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
