Key Responsibilities – Sr. Sales / Marketing Executive
- Identify and develop new customers through market visits, travelling, cold calling, references, and other business development activities.
- Generate new enquiries and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets from industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Regularly travel within the assigned territory for customer visits, meetings, presentations, technical discussions, and business development.
- Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, drawings, applications, and product requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and other departments for costing and preparation of technical and commercial quotations.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, negotiations, approvals, and purchase orders.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Design and Production teams for drawing/3D model approvals, BOM details, technical clarifications, and order execution.
- Identify new markets, industries, applications, and potential customers while monitoring competitor activities.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, customer visit and enquiry records, follow-up status, and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.
