Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving admissions through effective sales strategies, managing relationships with prospective parents and students, and meeting enrollment targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and building relationships with potential customers, conducting school tours, presenting the features and benefits of enrolling at the school, attending events to generate leads, and collaborating with the marketing team to design outreach campaigns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Event Planning and Community Engagement
- Proficiency in Marketing and Branding strategies
- Ability to work under target-oriented environments and deliver results
- Prior experience in educational sales or related sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
