Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Executive focused on high-ticket B2C sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue through direct selling of our AI Bootcamp programs, handling inbound and outbound leads, and closing deals consistently.
Key Responsibilities (Must-Have)- Immediate joiner preferred
- Strong B2C sales experience (Bootcamp/course selling preferred)
- Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
- Proven sales record (closer mindset, not just talker)
- Basic understanding of AI/tech (big advantage, not mandatory)
Core Responsibilities- Handle inbound leads and convert them into paid enrollments
- Pitch and sell AI Bootcamp programs via calls, WhatsApp, and demos
- Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture leads through the funnel
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build and manage strong relationships with prospects and students
- Collaborate with marketing team for lead quality feedback
- Track and manage leads using CRM tools
- Identify objections and close deals effectively
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, preferably in EdTech / B2C high-ticket sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Strong time management and discipline (remote role)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory if sales record is strong)
- Hunger to earn and grow in a high-performance environment
